Welcome to W.A.R.... West Asheville Rage

A place where you can let it all out and not have to post bail. We all have our days, our moments, where we just want to break something. Unfortunately, that's frowned upon in most places; but not here! Here you are free to express yourself anyway you need, whether its screaming at the top of your lungs or bashing a tv into smithereens. 

Here we believe that is truly helpful to release your pent-up rage. We all have some whether we care to admit it or not. We live in a world that ... is pretty intense right now. No matter who you are or what you believe, the world is on fire. We all need an outlet. We want to provide you with that. 

Rooms will be available for a single person only. It's a therapeutic experience when you do it alone. You get in the zone and won't be worried about your friend or partner anyway. Markers will be available for you to write out your triggers and frustrations and smash them to pieces. Scream, cry, anything you need to let it out. No judgment here. Jobs are hard, parenting is hard, life is just hard. Its okay to breakdown for a moment. Hell, its expected. Here, you will always win the WAR
